DESCRIPTION
This warm and cosy self-contained cottage is situated on our Southland dairy farm and looks out over the Mataura River, known world wide for its Brown Trout fishing, looks up towards the East Dome and Umbrella Mountains and down the Hokonui Hills towards Gore.
The cottage itself has 1x queen bed, 2x single beds, bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a reasonably big living area with two divans which are ideal for sleeping children. The kitchen is included in the living area but is divided off by an island bar.
